TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to all of my Terms of Service.

  • I accept mainly PAYPAL, but VENMO and CASHAPP work as well. Refer to Payment and Refund for more info.

  • I have the right to decline any commission I believe I cannot do.

  • I am allowed to display the commission however I'd like (speedpaint, tiktok, etc.)

  • Commissions are for personal use. If you will be selling it (prints, aparrel, general merch), it must be approved by me first and there will be an additional Copyright Fee (will vary depending on work). Otherwise, you may use your commission however you'd like (edits, tiktoks, etc.)

  • My art style may vary from time-to-time, so please be aware of this when commissioning me.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • I accept PAYPAL, VENMO, and CASHAPP. You can also provide me an email.

  • Full payment UPFRONT. An exception is if I am too busy, in which case I won't ask for payment until I can prepare a sketch.

  • Refunds are not allowed by the time I have sent the sketch. Sketches take can take up to a week after the payment.

  • You may receive a full refund if I am unable to start your commission within a week.

  • DO NOT file a PayPal chargeback. I will refund you properly. If you do, you will be banned from commissioning me.

COMMISSION PROCESS

  • Commissions can take up to 1-3 weeks depending on the type of commission and my workload.

  • Please provide 2-3 reference images along with a pose/facial expression you would like.

  • A sketch will be sent of the commission after the payment. You will be asked for any revisions or edits.

  • A final check-in will be with the completed commission. You may ask for any revisions or edits.

  • You can ask for certain check-ins (ex. line-art and flat colors). This option only applies to fully colored commissions.

  • I will send you a the completed commission through discord/email. If you would like a PNG/Transparent BG, please be able to provide an e-mail I can share it with you through Google Drive or Discord Account.

I WON'T DRAW

  • NSFW / Extreme Gore

  • Furries

  • Mecha

  • Heavily Detailed Backgrounds

  • Realism
